Der Kunstraum PLANET H ist kein gewerblicher Betrieb im Sinne der österreichischen Gewerbeordnung (GewO), sondern ein privates, unabhängiges künstlerisches Projekt.
Ziel ist die Förderung, Präsentation und Vermittlung zeitgenössischer Kunst sowie der kulturelle Austausch. Der Kunstraum ist nicht auf Gewinnerzielung ausgerichtet und entfaltet keine gewerbliche Tätigkeit. Alle Mittel dienen ausschließlich der Deckung laufender Kosten und der Umsetzung künstlerischer Vorhaben.

The PLANET H art space is not a commercial enterprise as defined by the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (GewO), but rather a private, independent artistic project.

Its aim is to promote, present, and disseminate contemporary art, as well as to foster cultural exchange. The art space is not profit-oriented and does not engage in any commercial activity. All funds are used exclusively to cover operating costs and the realization of artistic projects.
